Currently, the app is set up to send Push Notifications to users whenever a Rock or Garden they've created has been interacted with by another user.

To receive notifications, Painted Rocks follows the same process as any other app. When it's first launched after installing, a popup will appear asking for permission to send you notifications. However, sometimes this popup may appear while the user is tapping and it may be closed accidentally, or in rarer cases it may not appear at all due to loading issues.

Regardless, notification settings can always be changed in your device's Settings app.

For iOS:
  1. Tap on the Settings app
  2. Scroll down and tap on [Notifications]
  3. Scroll down and tap on [Painted Rocks]
  4. Tap to toggle [Allow Notifications] ON
  5. Adjust the other settings as you prefer

For Android:

  2. Scroll down and tap on [Apps]
  3. Scroll down and tap on [Painted Rocks]
  4. Scroll down and tap on [Notifications]
  5. Tap to toggle [Show notifications] ON
